As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we are working to put appropriate protocols in place and maintain a safe environment for our business. The health and wellness of our valued staff and clientele is our top priority At Indulgence Therapeutic Massage, we follow thorough cleaning and disinfection procedures to ensure that we provide guests and staff with a healthy and safe environment. As part of our commitment to help reduce the possible spread of COVID-19, we ask that if you are feeling unwell, please call or text 780-445-9814 to reschedule your appointment. We also request that if you have recently traveled outside of Canada, if you would please reschedule your appointment to a minimum of 14 days after your return. We can support our bodies immune system by eating nutritious food, getting enough sleep and by minimizing the negative impact of stress throughout the day. Even 1-3 minutes of deep breathing can help defuse a stress response in any situation. For all of you who are in good health, we encourage you to continue with your regular massage treatments.
