Children
Due to the design and construction of our workplace, we realize that sounds & conversations carry very easily throughout the entire space. So, while we absolutely welcome children, we do just ask, if they are highly energetic and making happy kid noise, that the parent or child-minder take them outside as needed, to burn off that joyful boisterous energy.
Unattended Children and Babies
To provide a calm environment in which clients can receive maximum benefit from their treatments, we strive to maintain quiet interactions.
We ask that youths under the age of 10 not be left unattended. We also ask that babies and children not be brought into the room during your treatment.
Late Arrivals
To avoid delays for the next guest, your service will be shortened.
Be advised that in this case you will still be invoiced for the full value of your service.
Cancelled and Missed Appointments
Our professional Massage Therapists value your time and depend upon reliable scheduling to provide the very best quality service to all our clients.
We understand that sometimes things do come up in life so, if you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will strive to find someone to fill the cancelled time slot, thus saving you a cancellation fee.
As cancelled/missed appointments are costly to us and to our therapists, we are applying the following policy.
Cancelled and Missed Appointments Policy
If we are unable to fill your cancelled/missed appointment, we will require that a cancellation fee of $65 to be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
